CoMedia Corporation is a publicly traded company focused on entertainment and sports marketing. The company develops intellectual properties for use on our proprietary media platforms to create products, services and to develop distribution channels to reach the tens-of -millions of people in our and our client’s target markets.
The Company has used its years of marketing experience to transition from a “Bricks- and-Mortar” marketing company to digital marketing as we adapt to the economics of the digital world. CoMedia delivers unique solutions and recognition for our own brands and the brands of our clients and affiliates by developing Digital Content for Online and Offline, Broadcast/Cable TV and retail distribution. We also utilize our marketing and licensing expertise to create content that can be distributed as digital programming, in the form of audio books, music, and DVD’s.
Over the last 18 months two of our key projects that we have been contracted to incubate is the football social networking site www.11on11.com focused on the 20 plus million men who played or coached football at the high school and college level. Also the associated site www.afan.tv a site for football content distribution that is fan based. The company’s most recent project is working with the World Soccer Society as part of the incubation process and to assist in the development of their social networking site for the millions of soccer fans worldwide at www.worldsoccersociety.com. In addition to these sites the company has developed over 20 commercial sites for other companies on a fee basis with the goal of becoming affiliated as a marketing or content partner.
The Market
CoMedia fills a unique niche in the market place. We are able to combine the highest level of marketing expertise with digital web based know-how. Competition in this market space is fragmented. There are low-to-medium barriers to entry and the market is not controlled by or concentrated in any one organization or business model. Most of the required technology is not proprietary and the content is replicable and repeatable. The value of any company operating in this space is the ability to understand the customer and meet their needs on a timely basis. We are fortunate to have a blend of highly experienced in-house talent and outsourced resources that allow us to manage any digital task from sports marketing to high technology.
